The KINDL^R-questionnaire:

• With its 24 items it is a short, methodologically suitable psychometrically sound and flexible measure
  to assess health related quality of life in children.
  

• The questionnaire can be completed both by children and adolescents, and also by their parents (Proxy-version).

• The KINDL^R-questionnaire is available for different age groups and stages of :

  8 - 11 years
  12 - 16 years

• A paper-pencil version and a computer assisted version (CAT-SCREEN) is available.

• The questionnaire exists in different languages:
